Payment policy and refunds
For Custom Creations Web Design to get started on your web site, payment is required in full up front. We accept checks, money orders and Paypal payments. You can pay with a credit card through Paypal. It’s free to sign up; it’s safe, and your information will remain private. We will work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied. If work has begun on your webpage a maximum of 50% can be refunded.

Guarantee
We guarantee that your website will be designed in a timely manner. Your website will be attractive and easy to navigate. We will make sure that you are satisfied every step of the design process.

Referral Program
If you’re satisfied with your website, tell your friends. We will give you 2 months of free maintenance fees for every person you refer to us who decides to have us design a site for them.

Privacy Policy
Keeping your information private is very important to us. We will not sell your information to any third party companies.

Monthly Fees
The monthly fees cover the costs of maintenance (up to 6 updates a month) and web hosting. They are due the first week of the month. Payments not received by the 15th of the month will incure a $5 late fee. If your account becomes delinquent over 30days, your site will not be updated until your account is paid in full. If you decide not to have Custom Creations maintain your site, your site and domain name are yours. The hosting bill and maintenance will then be your responsibility.
